Booking Arrangements

In order to place a definite booking, please contact us first to check that we will be able to provide hire to your chosen venue on the date you require.

Assuming that we can offer service on your chosen date, we then need completion of our Booking Form which is available as a download from this website by following the link below. Once you have downloaded the form, you should please print it out, complete it with all your details, your signature and the date. Please then return the form to us BY POST together with your cheque for £100 in payment of the deposit. We regret that as a small business we are unable to accept card payments.

In order to view and download our Booking Form, you will need Adobe® Reader. If you do not have this programme on your computer, it is available as a free download from the Adobe® website:-

The Booking Form is available to download as a PDF file. The file size is 68kb and consists of 1 page. It may take a minute or two to download over an average dial-up connection, but will take much less time over a broadband connection.

Whilst the Booking is downloading, your computer screen will probably go blank - please don't worry, as this is quite normal. Please be patient, especially if you have a slow dial-up connection - remember, the alternative is to use ordinary mail which would almost certainly take in excess of 24 hours to deliver your Booking Form!
