Listed below
are details of our tariff. Our standard
price is based on a round trip of up to
30 miles within
Inverness and the surrounding area. For longer
distances, a small mileage surcharge will
be added, details on request. |

For Rolls Royce only
|
£340 up to 30 miles |
For Both Rolls Royce & Daimler
|
£480
up to 30 miles |
|
For distances in excess of
30 miles there is a small surcharge - details on
request. |
Terms & Conditions
|
|
Our terms and conditions of hire are as
follows:- |

-
We
request payment of a non-refundable deposit of
£100 at the time of booking, together with a
completed
Booking Form.
-
The
remaining balance falls due for payment 21 days
prior to the date of the wedding.
-
28 days before the wedding, we send a letter to you
with a request for the balance of payment. This
confirms all the details of your booking including
venue, route, etc.
-
Any amendments to the arrangements specified on
the Booking Form must be notified
to us in writing.
-
A cancellation must be notified
in writing at the earliest possible
opportunity. Once paid, the full balance is
non-refundable in the event of cancellation less
than 21 days before the date of the wedding.

We have a strict "No Smoking" policy.

Although we will always
endeavour to meet deadlines, we cannot accept
any responsibility for any delays resulting from
unforeseen circumstances on the roads - i.e.
major road works, accidents, etc.

We endeavour to maintain all
our cars to the highest standards possible but
cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever in the
unlikely event of a breakdown. A replacement vehicle
will be despatched with due haste and a refund
given. This will discharge in full our liability
to you.

Some locations are subject to restricted
vehicular access and this should be
borne in mind when selecting the venue
for a wedding ceremony or reception. We
always comply fully with such
restrictions.

We take every care to
ensure that personal property is kept
safe and secure but cannot accept any responsibility
for any loss or damage thereto.
